65th TRTA Annual Convention

Join TRTA for its 65th Annual Convention April 8-10, 2018 at the La Cantera Resort and Spa in San Antonio. Register online in 3 easy steps:

  1. To begin, log in with your username (member ID number) and password (trta123) to the right of this page. All members already have an online account; please do not create another. If you have trouble, email membership@trta.org for assistance. 
  2. After you are logged in, select "Register Myself." The $40 convention registration fee is automatically added to each registration.
  3. Answer the required questions, select "Save Responses," then you may add any other events to your itinerary or go directly to checkout. 

Convention Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your registration, refund requests must be submitted in writing to membership@trta.org by April 1, 2018. Refunds will be processed after the Convention takes place by April 23, 2018. A $10 service charge will apply to all cancelled registrations.

Enjoy a relaxed, festive lunch held in the San Antonio Ballroom with guest speaker Greg Gibson, TRS Board Trustee, at 12:45 p.m. The menu features chicken Caesar salad, breadsticks, and Texas tiramisu, and guests will be eligible to win unique raffle prizes.

The gala will feature live big band music, a dance floor and the E.L. Galyean Service Award recipient will be announced. TRTA encourages attendees to dress to the nines! The gala dinner includes seasoned pork tenderloin, sweet potatoes with brown butter puree, seasonal vegetables and chocolate banana custard cake for dessert.

The Stilwell Breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. Attendees may dine on scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, as well as muffins and croissants for $35.

As in years past, TRTF will host a luncheon on April 10 at 12:15 p.m. The menu features crisp prosciutto chicken, mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables with vanilla strawberry cheesecake with whipped almond cream for dessert.
